  • They are perfect for complementing any sporting discipline that requires good reflexes, coordination, agility, stability...

  • Strengthens joints and ligaments

  • It helps to have better posture.

  • You don't need much time, or much space.

  • It's fun and helps relieve stress

  • It strengthens overall body mobility, facilitating the mental-physical connection necessary for physical activity. It also helps us become more aware of this connection when performing any movement in our daily lives.
